Pineapple Bourbon Honey Sour
A bourbon cocktail with pineapple, lemon, and honey, dry-shaken with egg white for frothiness, then served over ice with bitters and edible.

Steps
- Add bourbon, pineapple juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white into a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Double strain the mixture over ice into a glass to remove any ice shards or egg residue.
- Dash aromatic bitters over the top of the drink.
- Garnish with edible flowers.
