Espresso Rum-Tiki
A rum cocktail blending cold brew, dual rums, orgeat, falernum and bitters, shaken with ice until foamy, then served over fresh ice with.

Steps
- Combine the cold brew concentrate (or espresso), aged rum, white rum, almond orgeat, falernum, and a dash of bitters in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard to foam the coffee.
- Strain the mixture over fresh ice in a glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
