Siesta
A tequila cocktail with Campari, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake with ice and serve chilled with a grapefruit peel.

Steps
- Combine the tequila, Campari, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and a pinch of salt (if using) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
